Which Unawakened Science 7* to R3?

I'm sitting on 3 top tier Science Champions that I have at R2 and am keen to take one to R3 as I currently don't have an R3 Science champ (current R3s are Onslaught, Shang Chi, Werewolf & Venom - after science is Tech 
)
Options are Spider-Ham, Hulk & Silk - all are NOT Awakened. Other options include Quicksilver, Joe Fixit and Spot - also all Unawakened - but I don't think they're in the same field. I've enjoyed using Silk a lot but know that she needs the awakened ability to really shine with utility; I pulled Spider-Ham fairly recently but very aware that he's great, while Hulk is pretty much brand new in my roster but I know he hits like a tank.
Obviously BG and end-game focus, thanks in advance.
