Role Charges are lost in Raids

My trio had built 8 tactician role charges and I did hit the max damage cap in my first attempt.
However, during 2nd attempt, I lost the network connection mid-fight as I was travelling on a train.
After I reconnected the game, my attacker was K.O. and Role charges were lost.
Is this a bug (loosing the role charges)?
I still entered the game but I could only deal 4% damage before it timed out.

    Happens every raid. You will just have to rebuild.

    One of the many reasons why I have given up on raids. This bug has existed since day 1, and despite being aware, Kabam has chosen to done nothing. Their focus is to roll out new untested raid content which brings even more bugs.

    They haven't "chosen to do nothing" they are aware of it but it can not be manually fixed. as Cat Murdock said in the discord the other day Its a known issue with cross fights its one they have been trying to fix for some time but have had no luck. Its not a matter of doing nothing.

    Hood is almost dead but, still the role charges are not increasing.

    back out and go back in, if the charges don't appear to be going up, It most likely is visual.

    I just did that. Now, the Vanguard charges are gone.

    seeing as the health has gone down on hood between the two pictures I would say your vanguard player has done a run and used up the only charge that role had. They don't stay at 15 for ever once you activate the role charge in fight it consumes a charge. That is no bug.
