Today around 11:03 am my game is disconnecting and I have the message that I connected elsewhere.
Outside I have no other device on which I play, my only device is a Samsung S23 Ultra in Belgium Brussels.
Please check my account, because I can't contact the support via the games.
I do not ask although it is, just investigating before someone steals my account.
My login on the game is asya.lol

Here before all the haters say you are hacking. FYI none of those people work here anymore. Anyways no one on here can do anything, open a ticket with support

Thank you, but my problem is precisely that I cannot open a ticket via the games, each time I put my password he tells me that the password is not correct

The only thing I ask Kabam is to check who connects to my account, I ask for nothing else with the information of the phone and the place where I play is well who is the real player. They can see that the game only runs on my ultra S23.

    I agree with your answer.
It is funny though that many of us have seen people ( probably new to the forums),.,tag former employees of Kabam when an issue arises.
Though i wonder why on earth kabam wouldn’t update the forums to correct this and clear former employees profiles.
Probably confusing to newcomers that are looking to connect with someone that can give them an answer.

When you type @ kabam those are the names along with mike who first appear so naturally you would assume they must work for the company still. unless Kabam deletes their profiles they will continue to appear, it would be great if there is a more clearer way of new people knowing who works here and who doesn't seeing as its always the same 4 or 5 that are tagged because of them appearing first.

Ok I'm not going to insist too much with you, me, I'm just trying to make my request to Kabam to check the account with the information I gave, in no case, I asked to change my account or password or login or anything else.

Click on the KabamSupport requests new website link provided here earlier above.

That uses your FORUM login (which obviously is still good, else you couldn’t be making and adding comments here).

But as you apparently saw, if you are online from some device, and another device logs in too, first device will get a “disconnecting, because being logged in elsewhere” message.

So if you go to login to game again from your device, that should logOUT the other person.

But if you say is that your game password is no longer valid, highly doubt someone else would have been able to CHANGE your password, without also having access to your EMAIL as well, to be able to confirm it is them when they attempted to change password.

Thus the perils of account sharing, buying/selling accounts, having someone else “pilot” your account while you go on vacation, etc.

(didn't we just go thru all this with 2 other people recently ??)

(Edit, did you ever ALSO put the game on an Apple device, aka last February post ?)

It's not hacking. It would be account sharing. But you have to look at it realistically. How would a random person obtain a random MCOC players email and then know their password?

Isn't that the first red flag for you? In order to take control of an account you either have to know all the answers to supports account questions or be given the password by the player.
The player said was that they saw evidence the account was logged in elsewhere, which opens the door to other possibilities, because there are two ways to log into a game account: with Kabam ID and password, and via linked game accounts. So while I'm not saying this happened in this case, I have heard of cases where people gave away tablets or phones and forgot to wipe them, leaving their accounts linked. I've heard of cases where multiple people in the same family shared the same game center account and then their game accounts got crossed up.

None of those possibilities seems likely in this case, but I would want to be certain before making conclusions. I mean, 99% of these turn out to be account sharing or merc activity, but there are rare exceptions.

Someone will probably mention password. There are always two possibilities when someone says they can't log in with their password. 1. Someone changed their password. 2. They forgot it and aren't entering the right one. There are a lot of people who think they got hacked when they are actually misremembering their password but are absolutely certain they are getting it right.

After thirty five years in the biz and several years seeing MCOC security issues, and particularly after that crazy China thing, I'm pretty sure I've seen almost everything.

That is true. I hadn't thought about old devices as I always factory reset mine but that's good point and observation.

When I'm planning to give up a device with personal information, I factory reset it. I then sit it on a powerful electromagnet for 12 hours. After that, I throw the item in an industrial blender and process it into a rough mess of chunks. I then pour the chunks onto a hydraulic press and crush it into a fine paste.

Finally, I scrape up the paste, put it in a jar, and turn it in to a recycling center.
