Battleground reward missing. Issue

Kabam,

I have missed my Battleground rewards and am still waiting to receive them. However, I am concerned that I might not get them at all. Could you please look into my Battleground milestones and position to confirm my eligibility and ensure that I receive my rewards?

    Open a support ticket, they can tell you more.

    Did you reach Glad.Circuit ?
    And did you then complete 1 more match after you reached that point (to count as having “participated” in the G.C.) ?

    Otherwise no G.C. Rewards.

    I reached Uru, and then I stopped playing because I thought it was the highest level I could push myself to. Why didn't you mention it in the battleground notification system? You could have added a reminder or notification, like 'Just one more march to go!' This seems like an issue on your end
