Need to make this go Viral and get Kabaams attention…..
All these years have passed. Tons of new champs and seeing 7*s being introduced.

Think its about time to bring back one of the OGs. Top Mystic IMO.

Magik really has poor utility. No counter for evade, autoblock, miss, ect.
She *only* has power control, and debuff reliant power control too, which isn't the best.

Quake will never be anything but a 5*. Keep dreaming

I think we could have deathless versions of both with the changes Kabam mentioned.
It would be interesting to see and probably better than most of what we've seen so far.
Anyone who says that Magik is useless or "only" has power control doesn't understand the game at all. It's the combination of this very strong power control and limbo that makes her a problem. She already prevents the opponent from using special attacks, and if she misses, she still has the chance to get all her life back after a combo.

I legit think a new version of magik with her new mutants costume would be great. Her kit in game really doesn't feel that much magik from the comics and she could have such a great kit of actually summoning demons, using her Teleportation discs and becoming the darkchylde in her sp3

Magik 6* would be perfectly balanced.
- She is too slow in bgs as attacker, and ain't gonna counter serpent (But can be a good bullseye counter).
- Not usable in AW.
- Not useful in everest content
- Maybe useful in Story quest, but story quests are easy nowadays.

The only thing being broken about her is her defensive prowess. She deals huge limbo damage, If kabak changes her limbo damage to scale with basic attack then she would be a balanced 6* champ.

I once lost 38% of my health as a r5 asc silk against a r5 5* Magik in BG and I didn't even block a hit. She can't come as a 6* without any adjustments and people trying to gaslight the community and kabam into thinking "ALL SHE HAS IS POWER CONTROL" as if she doesn't have the power to completely shut down ANY opponent that can be power controlled.

Can completely bypass ANY defensive champion that needs their special attacks to become a "DEFENSIVE THREAT" *cough cough* bullseye enchantress photon etc. She would literally be an alliance war cheat code.

Quake is not broken because of her damage, it's because of how she can bypass A LOT of nodes, champs and matchups in general SO CAN MAGIK

They are not going to release quake or "MAGIK" as 6* until the community decides to let go of the past and let kabam rebalance them.

6* may be useful in AW as she’ll have more damage, but agree I don’t think she’s that great for BGs

I wish the community wasn’t so adamant that they leave the champ the same. I’d take Kabam changing her so we get her as a 6/7* instead of having an irrelevant 5* version

If anything, i’d personally love to see a different version of them released where their kits are adjusted to meet kabams standard. Like how captain marvel has classic and mohawk look. This way people can keep their og champs but those who love the characters from comic and tv show can still have another version of them that they can use in different game modes.

This is however only if they still remain unchanged on their stance to release higher rarity of those champs.

Idk man, I rarely use my r5 5* asc Magik as a defender because the opponent’s Human Torches and Hulks always end fights in 40 secs or less with full health in my experience.

I don't think she can shut down Photon that well, she's immune to power steal. Enchantress is also immune to power lock
