Invisible woman Raids

Takes half the fight to break her shield and we only have 20 seconds to deal real damage, and after that not enough time to break it again , is that supposed to be like this ?

There's something wrong when some champs do work as a 6* R4 but others (even as 7* R1) don't.

R3 Silk on left side is useless.
She's even more useless on the right side 😟
I took out IW by myself on the right side. You just really gotta concentrate on getting your vigilance from role charges and play super aggressive.

Updates: on path 1, our backup came in with Nick Fury and managed to take it down. This means that some champions can't do this fight at all, while others handle it with relative easy

I think kabam are hoping this thread silently disappears onto page 3.
What seems to be the case is that if this were benefiting us, Kabam would have already resolved it and said something here in the thread. However, since it’s something that is harming us, they will simply remain silent
But they did say something and not "remain silent?" Pinwheel commented on page 2 twice, Rex then came in on page 3 and said this

He then said - "Regardless of my own experience, I already brought the situation to the team and voiced the negative experience of the fight many have faced."

So either way our frustration has been passed on to the team and all we can do is hope something is changed the next raid since right now its "working as intended"

I know they’ve responded to the issue with IW but it’s just ridiculous that they haven’t acted on the issue. I feel like the way they’ve set up IW is deliberate on their part. Many people had leftover revives from the last Raids bc of Kabam’s screwup and having the back to back weeks of access to Raid revives. I think they’re trying to force us to use the extra revives and then they’ll say they’ll adjust her for the next Raids. I’m just leery of them actually adjusting things in our favor. I think they’ll also justify how difficult this Raids week was by saying it only cost half the normal amount. I’ll sit out the next Raids event until I see they’ve made proper adjustments. I just have no faith that Kabam will do things anymore to make the gameplay fun and consumer-friendly. They’ll do all they can to squeeze every last penny out of us they can while the game is still viable.

I don't know how much more of a response you need.. Raids is pretty much almost over its clear they are not changing anything this raid cycle. Our Feedback has apparently been given to the team all we can do is wait until next cycle in hopes things change.

You’re definitely right, but it doesn’t make it right. Kabam continues to disappoint and under deliver at every opportunity lately.

I agree that the fight needs balancing. For further constructive feedback purposes, I just managed to get through IW on the left side and it took about 20 revives for me alone plus whatever my alliance members burned through.

I was able to get it done by using Count Nefaria and his regen allowed me to use a bunch of level 1 and level 2 team revives. I had to spend time to get the health up, take down the shield. With full charges, we were able to only get her down 2% to 4% per attempt. There was no way anyone can come close to the full 12% damage threshold the way this fight is playing out.

I did 90% of the damage to IW, using omega sentinel I was able to take her down, urned through a lot of revives but my other teammates couldn’t do any damage. (To be precise, they did 6% total damage). So… yea sure it can be done as kabamm says but i can’t agree with working as intended…

Cgr is actual cheeks against iw. Can’t even do the sp3 aptitude rotation since her exhaustion reverses the power gain. And I have to deal with the prompt to dex, which reduces his damage more. I can get the shield down twice in a fight but only does max 6-7%. I’d rather fight modok than this.

This raid cycle really sucks. Had to use a bunch of revives and pots on IW. Kabam's response to her "working as intended" is moot when the other 3 bosses are nowhere near a level of difficulty to take down as IW is. Doing a 3 minute flight with max charges, constantly fulfilling the prompts, and only doing 2% damage? Pretty ridiculous and not fun at all

Still need more free revives for the cheesey IW 3rd fight. Stuck and not using units for poor game design.

Yep we are going to miss out on completion and exploration rewards for the first time ever because we have to beta test the new raid champs every 3 months. There hasn’t been a single raids that hasn’t had tuning after its first run and you would think they would get better at tuning, not worse!

Use this thread to learn the best options for that fight , there's several posts showing champs that work really well against her . We have some time before the next raid and I hope kabam can find something to make that fight better by listening to the community feedback on how bad it was

Prowler fight isn’t bad bait heavies until you get vigilance buff and then bait sp1 it's easy compared to Invisible Woman.

I stopped doing raids. But I came back to it. Last iteration was a bug fiesta. This one's was poor execution by making the community a testing dummy.

Cgr with the 6 aptitude rotation works just fine. Just be careful abt the exaustions reversing power gain. If I executed the rotaion correctly the fight was over in 2 minutes hitting the damage cap. Cgrs 6 aptitude rotation is hard and took me over a year to master so I understand the friztration. I was the only person in my alliance to consistantly get 12% on IW.

I think that she shouldn't be a boss the way her shield scales with health modifiers. I understand they were going for the whole miss theme but I feel like there were much better options. Ebony maw, stryfe vulture, etc.
