Ipad pro not loading into a fight

anyone has an issue with going into a fight and screen is flashing and never loads? I reinstalled the game and took it off game center and still same issue. I m using an ipad pro and is updated. @kabamcrashed

Same with Ipad Pro... Played fine this morning and now it caused me two battleground losses

Cheers Dave, I connected my iPad Pro to a display port on my monitor and it works now. Very helpful emergency solution.

Bit of a crazy bug. I’ve also wasted resources going into an AW fight, it did the loading screen bug. I restarted, revived and then the same thing happened again. Thereafter I started testing other fights and realized none are working.

I really hope the bug fix is out tomorrow because it’s my last chance to do the Kree SOS objective. 🤞🤞🤞
I know they're working towards the fastest solution possible, however, if you have another device like a phone you could use, that may also be an alternative to this situation.

If not, a less than ideal workaround is to make sure you are screen recording and then start the fight. Once you're in you can pause and turn off screen record, but this would give you access to do that fight if need be.

The other workaround is if you're plugged into your computer and able to reflect the screen like through OBS or Quicktime or something like that, this also seems to prevent the issue.

Same issue, what is even crazier are the requirements to submit a ticket now. It was asking me for the original date of creation, amount of first purchases, where the account was created, etc. My account is around 8 years old, how am I supposed to remember all of that just for a support ticket?

No ticket needed, they are aware and posted that they’re working on a fix.

Both workarounds lead to even more input issues with me - dex and parry are just off then, losing bg fight in an unseen and laughable way now...

It's more than one day now, when can we expect the update?

Just to update this thread, the hotfix should be available on iOS in a little over an hour from now

It also effected Battlegrounds. But thanks for working on it. Just a note, there also issues with the graphics in battlegrounds on android tablets.

Just to update this thread, the hotfix should be available on iOS in a little over an hour from now

Just confirming I downloaded the patch to my iPad and am no longer getting the lock up/screen flickering problem.

Has there been any update with this I’m still having this issue it’s caused losses in AW and wasted resources I can see it was reported back in October ish it’s December now

It is happening during AW and AQ for me. Randomly. Same path, different days. Sometimes it glitches, most times it is fine.

For me it was fixed back in October, but has begun occurring again intermittently with the most recent patch. Hopefully it gets fixed again on Monday.

Happened again today. iPad Mini in AQ with Sandman going into fight against Purgatory. Same thing as yesterday, but the first two AQ this week it was fine.

Sadly it looks like this was not corrected in the latest patch as I just had it happen again. Any chance of this getting fixed and included in the hot fix later this week?

This bug is very annoying…every time I must sart screen recording otherwise she screen is blocking. Lost a lots of life potions in AQ Raids and we know those are limited. Same in AQ.
I use Ipad pro m2. It’s already the third month in a raw with this terrible issue that spoils a lot the game experience and accumulates a lot of frustration.

The screen flickering at the start of the fight still happens, it’s not fixed yet. It randomly happens specially when playing AQ and AW. But happens in other game modes too. It will just hang at the start of the fight and will flicker rapidly. It’s been happening for months now. I’m using iPad pro.

Unless you have video proof, they don’t care. It’s happened to me several times over the last few months. Created tickets and got told “give us video and just check the forums”. No action. Happened again the other day in AW but I have no faith it will ever get truly addressed.

I have it happen somewhat often in AQ lately using the IPad Pro, today 3 times and just now in EQ, no problem on iPhone. The fight never leaves to loading screen even if I Can hear the fight has started, and the defender starts hitting. Any updates if this bug is still being investigated?

Yes - the hotfix didn’t correct this problem. Given that Kabam seemed to have the fix back in October, would be great if it could be re-implemented for February.

This hanging and flickering at the start of the fight is costing me health in AW, again, it happened to me just now. It is sickening that there not even one acknowledgment from Kabam in regard with this bug that’s been happening to iPad users since early November 2024. This is getting beyond ridiculous, all I ask is a reassurance that this is getting looked at and will be fixed asap.
