Crystal Opening Realm Event Rewards Missing?

Just logged on, and I’m confused whether or not the realm event remaining rewards should be in my stash if I maxed out the possible points.

    If you didn’t log in before 2pm today, and after 12pm, then you didn’t get the rewards, they are gone now.

    You should be able to go into completed events and claim them if you don't see them in your stash.

    Interesting. It also doesn't show the 500m points from Brian's egg opening. Might need to submit a ticket for this.

    I hope it’s just a misunderstanding. That would be so dumb to take it away. I have claimed other rewards after the event ended.

    U can always claim rewards after the event ends....like alliance stuff in general.

    Thought I was the only one. Hope they fix it. I only logged in after 2pm for final push in SoS to find out it isn’t there and everyone going crazy about Brian grant then saw in addition to no SoS I don’t have rewards almost everyone else got

    I am guessing it is a bug with the 500m points they manually added for Brian's egg opening. To the best of my knowledge it is the first time they've manually added points to an event (particularly on this scale) and those points didn't carry over when the event transitioned.

    Still the same mate. If the main objective was to engage new players....very unfortunate when the new players, that don't play as much as the regular ones, can't collect the rewards...

    Hope you can fix it.

    I put in the points I could was at work when event finished. I feel like I have lost out on Brian's act of kindness. @kabamcrashed @KabamDORK does your comment mean there is hope for those of us who didnt get a chance to claim?

    Same here in both my accounts once I logged in after I woke up..I found out Brian opened his eggs and all milestones were done but no rewards in stash

    Wow. Brian Sacrificed his eggs for 50% of the community not to have rewards. Come on Kabam.
