In-game alliance searches…

Dear Kabam,

I remember this being brought up sometime in the first part of the year, and then nothing since then, but are you guys still going to try and make the in-game Alliance searches easier for people to find exactly what they are looking for?

Example: Someone looking for an Alliance that does AQ Map 8, War Platinum 2, & no minimum on Battlegrounds.

Something to that effect. Maybe someone just wants to find an Alliance that’s AQ focused and not so much on War or Battlegrounds…. Is this still an option you guys are looking to do or has this been scrapped by the Dev team?

    That is not related to the original post here.

    But to answer, if he did NOT use any of the items that was bought, you can Submit a Request to Kabam to get the purchase reversed. If he DID use items, Units, crystals, etc, that were part of the purchase, then you’re out of luck.

    *do NOT go thru your bank or credit card to ask for a refund (1st, it wasn’t a fraud purchase, and 2nd, Kabam treats that as sending your account into Negative Units that have to be re-bought).
