Can you get banned for flushing players out of BG's?

This battlegrounds meta has been so bad that climbing vibranium is a sh**show so I just use elder marks to enter a fight and if it looks bad enough, (Maestro, Enchantress, Onslaught, Serpeant... you get the idea) I just forfeit so these people can get the f out of vibranium and into Gladiators.
Is this a bannable offense?

    No. It is not an offense of any kind to give up purely because you don't think you can win. I'm not sure it is the right way to play, but it is not prohibited behavior. People do it all the time.

    I tought last year Kabam was banning people who where forfeiting on purpose?

    They banned people point farming. This means winning with elders marks and forfeiting with energy. Back when it was a 1 to 1 ratio of medals gained to lost, it was an issue, now not really as much since you have to lose twice as many matches as you win. OP is also forfeiting with elders marks instead of energy. Personally if I thought I had no chance, I'd just put the phone down and do something else so I still get points instead of wasting my marks.

    Played two games with marks.
    Game 1: Auto disconnect after finishing first fight.
    Game 2: Auto disconnect after finishing second fight and winning first fight.

    They banned people point farming. This means winning with elders marks and forfeiting with energy.     Yeah I should stop for a while... but you know Kabam should stop putting deathless pieces in BG's... just a thought
