Deathless Vision is pathetic

Here is deathless vision with great damage and great utility (healblock) made to take mr sinister.

I thought he could work against Mr sinister in Crit me meta, silly me. He can't burn the opponent power at all, so phase charges and thus no healblock, tried to do sp3 rotation it gave me a charge but no healblock.

This guy is the definition of disappointment and severely needs a buff.

    I think it’s because power burn doesn’t work in crit me in your best shot because only yellow numbers do damage. I saw Lagacy do the same match in crit me and same results

    Why doesn't power burn work? I thought only the damage will not be dealt, but he still drains the power and applies heal block, right? Crit meta doesn't prevent any effects, it just prevents the damage from those effects.

    I assume you just deal a ton of damage while damnation is up, during which the opponent is heal blocked and Sinister thus can’t regen off the crit damage.

    He can counter regen right and this version does most his damage through normal hits (not red DMG or dots). Who would have thought his power burn doesn't work? He should be able to power burn just without the red damage.

    You can thank Peni for Power Burn being a DoT which no DoT damage, no power burn
