Wrong purchase In-game offers, how to rollback

Hi guys
I make an accidental at purchase wrong offer in-game. Actually when I completed the monthly siquest at Thronebreaker difficulty and back to home screen, the offer bundle is pop-up and I have an mistake to click on the bottom then it purchase immediately , and cost me 2300 unit.
My progression now is Valliant and I have no reason to buy this bundle. Please share me how I can raise an ticket to revert it and get the unit back.

    Go to settings in game then support and then you submit a ticket to get it reversed and what ever you do not use them at all

    Probably 2 to 3 days all depends one the progress you hav with them

    They reversed my mistake in less than 24 hours FWIW.

    Raised ticket to kabam support. Don't use any item..I also did it by mistake. But they reversed my purchase in 24 hrs..

    Just raise a ticket to support and ask them to revert it and as long as you didn't use any of the purchased items they will revert it back

    Nice guys. Kabam has responded. They fully refund to me. Just 12hours after submit ticket.
