It s not an immediate fix, but since the issue is years long, it should have been fixed already. Dressing the discussion with technical stuff looks a lot like trying to add excuses to an already shady situation. A couple of YEARS ago, if someone was mentioning here the AI behaviour, he ended up in forum jail and with his comments deleted-thread closed. Coincidence?

No one gets in forum jail for making bug reports or discussing bugged behavior. If they ended up in forum jail it was for unacceptable behavior, like abusive language, disrespectful comments, or breaking the conduct rules of the forums. And no problem and no level of frustration excuses any of those infractions.

forums used to be a lot more strict. over the last few years they've let players vent more and they're more open to criticism. i think the more open and friendly approach has created less craziness.

I’ve lost several BG matches in the last day due to the exact issues mentioned here.

I’m glad Kabam is working on a fix, but what does that do for those of us grinding for the deathless piece, etc.?

This is actually an amazing video. Trappys rants are fun but he's not being constructive or offering anything. Vega actually sat down and talked through and showed alot of stuff
both videos say the same point, the only difference is the analysis that vega shows

End of the day it’s a sentiment that is now held by the CCP, so the forum trolls don’t get to dismiss it anymore with “git gud” and delete.

I will also say that the current community team has been much less draconian about letting discussion about these things occur in general which may also be why this issue is finally getting some oxygen.
the main reason why this issue can no longer be ignored is because of how long it has lasted for, and how inconsistent the ai and the game has been in the past few years

This is worse than the parry issue, and we all know how long that took...

they're all connected, patching the problems when they show up and not resolving the entire problem completely

We were fine for a while, maybe the AI evolved and we are doomed as a civilization.

I'm not even sure it can be done but... can we just go back to the previous release?
I feel I need to do BGs due to the Realm Event, but I'm not really enjoying it. War season starts soon and this is going to be a an issue, with people leaving the Alliance, just when we have the month of be in an Alliance. This is the worst time for this to happen... I'm not sure what is the solution, but something should be done to alleviate the situation.

I see reading comprehension on this one is lacking

I’ve been jailed for posting on a thread asking for follow ups on acknowledged and un-acknowledged bugs. Nothing rude, no broken ToS I’ve seen others get jailed and/or for similar follow ups: lowleverplayer , MrMaat i believe was the users name. This is years ago , with the old guard and definitely nothing recent.
