Claiming rewards is bugged

Hey there.
I experienced an issues with claiming rewards. Noticed it first after I got a new bounty board, claimed it and didn’t get the option to choose.
Same with the rewards in the Deadpool event, couldn’t choose my crystal shards.

Anyone else noticing the same issue?

    not sure how or where to file this but I recently reached valiant and was finally tempted to try the codes for the mcoc store and I cant claim any because it says I'm linked to a new account when I have linked the same google acct to my kabam.the new acct is only contender how do I go about correcting this so I can claim proper level rewards and bonuses
