Is Herc bugged or is it something else?

Now I must preface this with I haven't been all that active recently so I don't keep up with anything.

I was using Herc to fight NF in the VT of battlegrounds and he intercepted me so much times that I went into immortality, but when I was attacking Herc wasn't unblockable.

Also in the not too distant past Herc's immortality wouldn't trigger both as attacker or defender and there were no nodes to prevent it from doing so.

    Assassin's mastery. Herc does not have a guaranteed safety in BG and AW.

    You either get unblockable when immortality triggers, or you don't. It only has the fail on the trigger which can happen.
