9.1 boss x23 is bugged at 1% health

No matter what I have done she won’t die. I’m sure someone here will give me some random thing I need to do that isn’t in her abilities btw…and say how easy the fight is and it’s my fault but anyway I’ve done heavy intercept with heavy which for some reason people said to do that. I’ve done heavy intercept l1 l2 I’ve used my l1 l2 with multiple champs I’ve done these btw. I’ve used my l3. I’ve debuffed her I’ve intercepted her I’ve taught her for 5 mins and did no damage. I’ve tried everything.
