Which is best 5* champ for rank 5?

I think lots of champ 5 rank 5. I don't know to choose champ, which is good at defense AW. Maybe mephisto??
Any suggestions for me. Thanks

Magik is good for AW def. Rank up that Archangel and Hyperion also Voodoo/Quake can get some work done.
