Dead spots on input, ai issues

in Bugs and Known Issues
got taken out by an sp 2 intercept after coming out of the sp3 animation.
game doesnt respond when I swipe in or when im trying to swipe on in game menus. this has been making the BG grind for this new event extrememly frustrating.
