Kabam’s occasional admissions of wrong-doing, yet never addressing the situation, helps.

Admissions of wrong doing? You mean explaining that there's bugs in the game? Or do you mean you've seen somewhere where Kabam admitted to "wrong doing"?

Never addressing which situation? You're starting to sound like one of the orange con mans lawyers with these vague statements. It's not a good start for you.

Kabam needs a class action lawsuit.

This is purposeful, negligent, fraudulent, and a pattern that not only accelerates, but can be proven.

So prove it. Lay out your lawsuit here. On what grounds would you bring this suit? What evidence do you have? What pattern? Which case law would you use?
There is no case law. That’s the problem. Mobile gaming is a highly unregulated sector of the economy. And instead of being a caddy, little scamp, how about you get involved, too?

That being said, one would have to seek out Bumble’s case precedent or something, and the suit they lost for purposefully putting up fake profiles to generate membership sales.

In terms of evidence, there is no shortage of AI footage to demonstrate a long-standing pattern of negligence. Kabam’s occasional admissions of wrong-doing, yet never addressing the situation, helps. And I’m sure there are inside people that are or have been with the company that are aware of internal memos or metrics that illustrate their purposeful misconduct.

That being said, if anyone is serious, I’d happily be one of the class-representatives for a suit against Kabam.
“There is no case law” is a wild thing to say. There’s always case law. It may not be laser-focused on point, but I guarantee you it exists and any attorney worth their salt could probably find something relevant within a few hours of research.

But the word “relevant” is doing a lot of heavy lifting in that paragraph. Because you still haven’t outlined an actual claim to determine what is relevant to it. What was Kabam’s duty? How did they breach it? Is that breach directly responsible for damages? Are those damages substantive or de minimis? You keep throwing the words “fraudulent” and “negligent” around but don’t seem to realize that those are entirely different claims requiring different bodies of proof not only of acts but intent, which, lol good luck proving intent. And like… “my progressional difficulty game keeps getting progressionally more difficult” ain’t exactly the slam dunk argument you seem to think it is.

And don’t even get me started on making this a class action case. Or I guess feel free to if you’re willing to pay my firm’s hourly rate.

“‘There is no case law’” is a wild thing to say. There’s always case law. It may not be laser-focused on point…”

    Pettyfogger pontificating.

You get no hourly rate. You get a chunk of the awards at the end. That being said, you have no experience in class action matters, and your attempts to demonstrate otherwise are exceptionally cringe.
you would think an attorney would know that a lawyer gets paid from the winnings of a class action not an hourly rate i’m no lawyer and i know that much

That makes literally zero sense but if that's how you feel, then by all means, go play those games instead and don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Then you obviously don't know a whole lot. There are plenty of lawyers who do both. And it depends on the type of case. If it's a civil suit that takes a day tops, then it's hourly. If it's a major case taking weeks or longer, it's end of trial type thing. Please, learn your facts before talking nonsense.

The Stockholm Syndrome is heartbreaking, honestly.

“Prove that the game is purposefully broken when the game always breaks to the advantage of Kabam whenever there is an update.”

    Ummm…

Lol. My guy, the existence of bugs and code not working correctly is not evidence of purposefully making the game not work. Were you on OJ Simpons legal team? If the glove don't fit, acquit, am i right?

Negligence is rather easy to demonstrate. Same issues, same responses, same conclusions.

    Extremely, laughably untrue.

Furry, go do something better with your day.

Arguing on behalf of institutions, and poorly I might add, just isn’t a good look.

Institutions?? My dude, Kabam isn’t Google or the government. They aren’t some sprawling megacorp that has institutional power demonstrated via lobbying. They’re a mobile video game company owned by a bigger mobile video game company. Come on.

It’s literally not. Burden of proof is always on the accuser, so, y’know, get to proving.

The hourly rate comment was describing what I would charge to explain how a class action would never get off the ground.

As a general rule, attorneys take contingency fees (the “chunk of rewards,” as you so clumsily put it) on cases they are confident they can win, or at least settle for a meaningful amount. What you are describing is extremely not one of those cases. You aren’t getting a class action suit here, and no attorney is taking this on a contingency fee.

I'm sorry, but what? What exactly are they stealing? If you say it's time and money, that's 100% on you. Not kabam. You CHOOSE to play or pay for things knowing the game has bugs. Unless your addicted to the game and simply can't stop. Which again, is 100% you, and not kabam. Grow up.

Speaking of case law, a TOS does not preclude them from responsibility. Feel free to look into Uber’s current Rideshare litigation pertaining to drivers classified as independent contractors. Administrative hearings work quite similar to class-action lawsuits. The class is individualized on a case-by-case basis, with all yielding the same conclusion and granted the same damages.

Poor Demon. Control F’d in hopes to create a gotcha moment, but only undermined his own credibility.
I'd like to know in what universe Uber and kabam share in common regarding literally anything. I'll wait.
