Bounty Missions Unlock and Deadpool's Ultimate Multiplayer Alliance Super Season

I am a player returning after a year and a half of not playing the game. I have only joined an alliance in the middle of the month because I wasn't playing before. I ma confused regarding the events in the title of the post. They both require individual contributions, which I met, but can't claim any rewards from either the Bounty Missions Unlock or Deadpool's Ultimate Multiplayer Alliance Super Season.
Since the Deadpool event requires individual contributions I don't understand why a player can't claim any rewards even though he met all the requirements.
Does this mean that if a player wasn't in an alliance at the start of those events they can't claim any rewards for them? This would mean that the player is locked out of the Bounty Ticket Event for the entire month since there is no way to get to Elite Bounties without the Alliance event.
Some clarification would be much appreciated, since as a valiant player I would also like to play for the Elite Bounties especially.

This issue is not so much when you joined an alliance as it is what the alliance accomplished before you joined.
With milestone events like this, the participation you put in needs to contribute toward the rewards themselves. Anything earned prior to a player joining an alliance cannot be claimed, even if you put in the minimum requirement. This is done to prevent players from hopping through alliances and claiming additional rewards. Because of the way the system works, you are unfortunately out of luck with these events, unless you join an alliance that hasn't achieved them yet.

Yeah they linked everything to alliance this time even the side quest. I had to leave my alliance as i was quite burnt out of playing high tier AW, that switch costed me like 6250 7* shards, 1500 titan shards and 5 banquet tickets lol (and more but these were the only rewards i cared about)
There is a black out period in which you can’t claim any rewards after you join an alliance.

Yeah I knew this but to lock an entire monthly event behind this? Also, for the deadpool event, if you need individual contributions anyway why lock it like this since the player can not just hop to a new alliance and claim everything...

The minimum contribution is two-fold: it helps the alliance achieve the final goal by incentivizing players to hit individual thresholds, and it keeps lazy players from benefitting off someone else's work. A player could also hop to a new alliance, blitz to the minimum contribution, then leave and do it again somewhere else. They'd still have to work for the rewards, but they could exploit the system and get more rewards if it worked any other way.

As for as the lock, it's not that they're locking just these events this way. Every alliance event with individual milestones works like this and they have worked like this for a long time. It isn't new, it's just standing out more right now because it is impacting two bonus events with fairly significant rewards. It sucks for those in your (or similar) position, but it isn't a new mechanic.

Yeah my shock is mainly on the fact they lock the entire side quest, because events like the banquet event worked like this too but they were something different from the side quest. Moreover, a better solution to this issue would be just locking the rewards in such way that every player should be able to claim them only once, this way nobody could jump in a different alliance...
