Won first round then randomly get an error message in the middle of round 2 saying i got disconnected then it takes me to the main menu and the matchup when you check it shows you forfeited. Pretty sure this has been a thing for a while now? How come it hasn't been addressed. Also has anyone tried contacting support to see if they can return marks for this issue

Happened again, whats the number for tech support? Figured i should let them know to install a new hamster on the spinning wheel
In the screenshot you posted, you don't have a wifi connection, just cell service. If you were playing on wifi at that time, then the issue is in fact that your wifi went down and that caused your disconnect. Anything that requires internet would have a hard enough interruption between wifi crashing and reinitializing on cell data to make this happen, not just MCoC.
Yeah i was at work in that screenshot, which is always data by default. It was working before i took the screenshot and i was able to access the internet after , so i was able to conclude its mcoc.
original time it happened to me this season was at home.
Like I said, cell service can be unreliable, so having a disconnect still doesn't narrow it down to it being an MCoC issue. Where my in-laws live, they have full 5G service, but there will be random times and random spots where something even as simple as Spotify stops in the middle of a song because it stopped buffering.
I was just exploring possibilities because wifi is more reliable and you posted a picture showing that you weren't connected to wifi. The only time I've run into a disconnect issue is when my wifi blips and it dumps me onto cell service. It lost me a BG match because while I was reconnecting it put Gamora on defense for me, and we all know how good she is one defense...
Anyway. Like I said before, not saying there isn't a real issue on the MCoC side of things, just trying to point to other possibilities. I am fortunate to not experience these disconnections, and I can point to the exact cause of the one time it happened, so I am also coming in from a different perspective.
