I know OGIM is top for Vanguard. I use Storm for Assault and have no issue with hitting cap. Not sure who is best for Tactician but I've seen Angela do work.

Please don't. He can do insane damage but keeping his rotation up is headache in raids.

If your mates already have good experience with 6 aptitude rotation they can bring cgr. Otherwise it's better to bring someone else.
