Buff pause champions

Why do some champions get the buff & debuff pause timer/icon that show up and others don't? For example Abs man, iron man, onslaught, crossbones etc all get the pause timer when their effects are paused. While others like Storm with her prowess don't get the same.

Kabam please add the timer to all buff/debuff pause champions!

    It's in their kit. Maybe read them, mate?

    That's not what he meant, He just want a pause notification to all champs who have such abilities.

    The visual pause timer was newer tech created and some older champions sometimes get them added to their kits down the line. I remember seeing requests for crossbones pause timer awhile back.

    Basically, newer champions should almost always get it, but older champions probably won't unless kabam feels like it.
