New BG meta - secutor tag bug

Current BG meta description grants the ability to #Secutor champs to inflict passive heal block and power gain reduction with debuffs inflicted.
However it seems any champ is considered as tactic attacker.
Tested with Photon/Havok/Spider ham

Can we get a clarification / confirmation before the season starts?

Yes it makes tactic defenders so mid.

Fix it before the season launch

It's not a bug lol. It has been this way every time we had a Saga related meta. There will be a node in there (in this case the one that places random debuffs on defender on parry), that will turn any attacker into a saga attacker.
It's VT, it's supposed to be easy, and not complicated.

Is there a way to differentiate Defenders and attackers next season while draft / placement is in progress ?

mystic and mutants are defenders. Science and tech are atatckers. The secutor tag will be present beside the champ icon

Not the same CGR shouldn’t getting the passive helablok.

I think there’s still quite a big difference between the description vs current state.
The description clearly states that the advantage of heal block and power gain reduction through other debuffs is specifically for secutor champs. It doesn’t say that any inflicted debuffs will trigger the following effects.

    @KabamDORK
Can we get a clarification on this?
All rank-ups for the meta seems to be screwed if anyone is a meta attacker with current setup.

    Thanks in advance.

    It’s VT, who cares?

I believe what @Crys23 said is correct.

Since this is VT and open to any player Uncollected or above, Kabam have enable way for it not being too restrictive and mire can participate.

Yes, Parry does give Debuff, however it would be slow than using a Secutor champs. So if you use a Secutor champ you would have a bit more advantage, while you don't it doesn't mean an instant lost.

Not correct it special. To the setrcer node how to get the passive healblok so no he ain’t correct. CGR isn’t a tataic.
