Non immortal- immortals

Why is my 6* herc only trigge4ing immortality when it wants to. No nodes or buffs to counter it and it still doesnt trigger at max sig. Wtf

Who are you fighting? If it's in bgs or war it will be assassin's

^^ a little luck, and a well times stun can shut down his immortality. I’ve done it (against him), and I’ve lost because of it (with him).
