Will kabam lie about the war data on enchantress?

There’s no way they can see this fight and say it’s fair or reasonable. Why are we forced to intercept her when she has the most uncooperative AI in the history of the game. Why does she need power gain and to put random powerful passive debuffs on you for no reason other than to waste your health in war? Why does she need random falter, and forced sp1s other than for annoying for fights? Why does she need to reflect damage back on you if you can’t complete her prompts in time cuz she doesn’t cooperate during the fight? Is this really how war is meant to be played. It’s embarrassing you treat your players like this and force them into these terrible fights. Get with reality Kabam start helping your players in war not kicking them

I get what you mean, but it’s technically impossible for them to lie because they don’t actually tell us anything substantial. They’ll just say either “she’s hitting our targets” or “she’s not hitting our targets.”

Doesn’t matter either way because we have no visibility into what the targets are, or how they might compare to other champs’ metrics.

Op is referring to when Kabam says "we see that players are using this champ on AW and it's doing well on defense"

    *shrugs*

Learn how to manage her. Bait her heavy straight off the bat to punish if the green spell is there, then work to get an intercept in, making sure you don't build her power up in the process, then finally the knock-down. I still struggle with it but I can accept that it's a skill issue and am working to get better.

We don't lie about any of our data, that would be a waste of resources

Are you hinting at a nerf?

Love it when she throws sp1s while hard blocking and do full 5 hit combos on the block back to back. Yeah, counter that.

Her AI is ridiculous, completely agree therev

I don’t think they even need to lie. This defender is made far more difficult due to an unbalanced attack tactic. She won’t be the same headache at all when we are allowed to use our full rosters to counter her.

If you need evidence of this just look at how scary she is in BGs vs AW. Yes, she’s still an RNG fiesta, but she can be easily nuked by even less that ideal attackers.

I think the real take away is that this was arguably the worst designed attacker pool in 2024 when the defenders/tactic/aw nodes were combined. And new champs being made tactic isn’t a good way to determine balance as it will skew performance data and player perception. But at this point, that feedback has been offered often back to the team and it seems they’ve determined that the skewed data is worth the risk to improve relevance of new releases

Yeah if I could use Titania against her it’d be a cakewalk but I gotta worry about the miss and power gain with the tactic

Photon plus a whole host of unstoppable counters we were purposely deprived of. Yes it can be played around, or there’s a synergy people didn’t plan bans around but let’s not pretend that the placement on path 5 wasn’t made purposefully way harder through roster deprivation

She got managed very well for now.
Best calls I noticed (besides Mr. Negativ) were ProfX nuke over sp3 loop and power back booster and Photon. (Both useable on path5 heavy unstoppable node)
With global ATK# Luke did really well also.
On Hazard shift Ghost nuke is also a common thing.

My guess is, she fits well and wont be balanced. The fading DEF# will ease her quite a bit more.

So all fine, more common and direct counters will be released in the future.
Just look how the next 2 released champs butcher Serpents kit and Bullseye again. Enchantress will go down the same.

    Sincerely

Arguably??? This is THE WORST ATTACK pool we've EVER GOTTEN IN THE ENTIRE GAME. The champs were so obviously DUMBED down especially in the science class just to make Luke cage shine. It's CRAZY HOW purposefully they made the pool trash and left out the OBVIOUS options you'd think would work well for the tactic and instead gave us champions who can barely take out the STRONG tactic defenders that they set themselves or champs who don't even work for the secutor node themselves.

They Got what they wanted tho, cos Luke definitely got a lot of uses from this. But It's so dissapointing and pathetic how it was executed

lol I was being generous, there’s really no argument. The fact that they purposely gave us 2 workable unstoppable counters spoke volumes

The unit currency is available for a reason, when facing a character you find challenging revives & potions will be available to assist you. If you don’t have units, you need to get some and manage them better.

But it’s not forever…. Champions is a learning curve, I can’t handle enchantress yet, I didn’t remember her kit, But I know I’ll get round to it 👍🏻

Exactly. Spiderham, titania, photon, scorp, classic spidy, og ironman, imiw, all these are good options yet they added someone who sucks for the meta like shocker lol.

OG Spidey can handle unstoppable and has debuffs for days, he hard answers a lot of Enchantress, so can’t have that.

Enchantress in general has been soloed. She is tough to understand, but once you get to know how to fight her, she isnt as bad anymore. It is a learning process.

Literally nothing in that statement indicates that

i don't like fighting her but she's not broken. she's designed to make us complete her prompts which is annoying but she's balanced because she's in the bottom 10 in the game for attack rating and while she's probably programmed to throw special 1s into our block (which is the point, we need to complete prompts), she also gives us easy intercepts.

Create a unique difficult defender and people complains, put out another OG cap marvel level defender and people complain about the game dying due to lack of new innovation and ideas. Everyone has to fight these champs its equally difficult for everyone on average.

People complained Absman was unfair and too difficult
People complained Photon was unfair and too difficult.
People complained Onslaught was unfair and too difficult.
Before this lot there were Dominos and Korgs back in the day...

Learn how to fight these champs.. like anything you want to do well... learn then practice practice practice.

Keep up the great work creating these champs for us. We need these type of characters in this game.

I get what you're saying. To be fair, it is getting progressively worse with the champions they are releasing. To the point that it isn't enough learning how to fight them. It's being able to buy/obtain the counter they release in the following months.

    Onslaught(still a problem)
    Bullseye(still a problem)
    Serpent(still a problem)

I could go into detail as to why these champions are still a problem but most people who can do the fights(myself included) already know what makes these champions a problem still. And trying to explain it to someone who can't do the fights anyways, is a waste of time.
