Incursion refund

I was doing the new the incursion event in the game and I was on tier 11 to get those spicy r3 materials and my game crashed , when I reload back to the game it deletes all my progress that I’ve put effort into . I would apprec If Laban either gimme a refund for my incursions revives back or put me back into the previous progress because it’s not fair I lost progress because a game crashing issue

Though if you've already started a new incursions, they probably can't help.
They put you back for necropolis so they MAY do it for this
