Act 9.2 Beta Gone?

Has anyone else lost access to Beta tab?

I pressed participate and signed up but now I have no access to it. The big yellow button is gone. What happened?

Had you taken notice, you would have read that just because you signed up for it, does not guarantee you access to it.

Yes, I was invited, I accepted, and I do not have access.

I wish that wasn't the rule. Hey, here's an invite to my b-day, but you may not be able to come because I may not feel like it. Anyway, there are way too many people complaining for it to be that.

I'm concerned that "only some people get to do the beta who were invited"... but non-trivial rewards are granted.

I believe for the 9.1 beta, we got a bunch of 7 star shards (I want to say 30K, but I could be mis-remembering)... That was non-trivial then, and still a big deal today. Additionally I like the challange, and the ability to practice the runs / provide feedback, so the "prod run" goes smoother.

If only "some people" who want to do it and are at the target progression level get to... they are more then entired to something for their time, it feels like they are getting rewards others aren't which doesn't seem fair.

I'm not sure the answer is to limit the invite list if letting everyone in isn't welcome at that progression level... it just seems wrong.

you are most certainly right. that is not fair. imma stop spending till i get me invite and they stop doing it this way. UNFAIR KABAM

But do you really have access to 9.2 or is it 8.2 like the majority of us

For me it says disconnected so… but I’m guessing it’s because of the majority of people on it or it’s a technical issue

It's so weird.. when I tried to go to beta server it says 8.2 only.. and after it correct itself.. there's info saying beta 9.2 is available for only 12days.

How is this bug even possible? I can't login to Act 9.2 beta.. this is more frustrating, will I get compensation for not even being able to access Act 9.2 beta?

I logged a ticket.. ask them nicely.. they provided me access today.

They did send an email saying it is not guarenteed but they will work to add users if they can. For those who did log tickets.. it may take a couple of days to turn it around.

I am still a paragon in the beta. Looks like valiant is not even an option because it’s 8.4 beta

Finally, the link for Act 9 Chapter 2 beta sent me to the correct beta server.

Seems to be fine for me. I can enter it through the main game or when i load up normally.

Nope there is no act 9 at all.
If you click on the act 8 tile to enter story do you see it? It’s there for me.

They must have only just fixed it as when I looked it was only act 7 and 8.

Very disappointing to have no response from Kabam.

Ues,very disappointing indeed my friend,like the yellow icon is showing on both my main account and on the best test server but whenever I hit participate button,it's shows up that it couldn't connect to beta server,like seriously what man?!.

When I chose to enter beta instead of main I can only access 8.4.6 and when I click on the yellow icon I get this…

I understand that you were invited to the Act 9.2 Beta and accepted the invitation but were not given access when the beta started. The Game Team investigated and did discover that some accounts that should have been added to the 9.2 Beta were missed in the initial setup. The team has corrected this issue, and you should now see the Beta Hub on the main screen of your account again. However, the setup process can take some time, so full access to the actual 9.2 quest and your account progress (ie. your roster) may not reflect correctly for another day or so. If you are still experiencing issues with accessing the beta after 6:00 AM PST tomorrow, please respond to this ticket indicating what issue you are experiencing and we will investigate further. If you have another issue not related to accessing the 9.2 Beta, please open a new ticket and we will be happy to investigate.
