AW wrong rewards

Hello everyone. I'm Mr. Nobody from [VN_77].
We received the AW season rewards incorrectly in the way it was calculated in season 53. We only received the Platinum 1 reward in the vault, which should have been the Master reward for the top 20 alliances. Please calculate carefully before sending the rewards, Kabam. According to our calculations, we were in the top 19 before the last match with [ZEEN] and we won that last match. So we should not have received the Platinum 1 reward. Please check again, Kabam.

    After seeing this, I’m sorry, but how can we, as players, trust your future statements, Kabam?

    Initially, you stated that this War would be canceled and that 'all points gained during this War would be clawed back before the final results of the season.' My alliance trusted you and didn’t take that War seriously. We tested the nodes and didn’t fully explore them.

    Secondly, you stated: 'The points from the canceled Alliance War from Season 53 have successfully been clawed back.' However, as we now receive the incorrect rewards, it’s clear that the points from that so-called 'canceled War' were not fully clawed back at all.

    Please uphold your statements and ensure the game remains as fair and just as always. MCOC is a truly amazing game! 👍👍👍

    They didn’t clawback any points exactly as I predicted would happen when that canceled war happened. Not surprised at all. The war should of been fully stopped at the time

    Saw Rich’s video. Submitted a ticket. Only problem is some of the people in my alliance opened the rewards already. Good thing is we’re new so we dropped from silver 1 to silver 2 so the compensation would just be an add on not a complete change in crystals

    Would be nice if more transparency would be given by kabam. Show sheet without the correction and with so all can determain if it was correct or not.

    Pepe has posted a video of CHAOS wrong tier place. We need more content creators in other influenced alliances to claim we players’ request-Check the leaderboard and Send the compensation(for wrong tier place)

    Shouldnt the alliances that got better rewards than they deserved be downgraded?
    This to ensure the integrity of the game. Transparency should be given.

    Thats a completely messed up situation. And like someone said - some got better rewards than they deserved. Unfair to everyone else
