EARLY BIRD SUPPLY DROP ( give away champions promotion)

fellas, I need your input.
Months ago, we subscribed to a promotion called EARLY BIRD SUPPLY DROP, that it is on the playcontestofchampion website at the giveaway option. There were 3 champions, knull, mojo, and purgatory. we just needed to subscribe with an email account ( I guess the one related to the game) and when the day comes kabam will send us an email with the code to put it into the store and we will have the 6-star champion.
that is basically the mechanic. Well, when the day was due for the first champion ( knull) kabam sent me the email and all was fine.
Yesterday was the mojo´s day. but no email was sent. so, what happened?

    Signup deadline of Nov 15th (don't need to signup again if already did so last month), but promo code to be sent out on the 20th.

    aaaaaaaaaaaaa... thank you..... i thought that something was wrong as Knull´s promo code was sent right away. a follow-up question. Where does it say that the promo will be sent out on that date?

    In the FAQ's on that Giveaway page.

    (And also, if using MOBILE Browser mode, on the champ graphic as well, just not on Full Browser mode). And mentioned on other posts already.
