Potential bug with Ultron?

I am at 40% health. When the fight starts, Ultron is not self healing as per his ability.
My thinking was if I block an attack, it would be registered that Ultron health jn below 50% so self heal will be applied.

Please confirm.

pretty sure he needs to cross the 50% and 25% mark to trigger the regen.
You need to lose health to below 25% from your current 40%.

This isn't a bug: most* champions with a set health trigger won't trigger if they start before that level.

So Ultron isn't designed to trigger if he starts at low health: you need to use potions to heal up to just above 50% health.

*A notable exception would be Mephisto, who will instantly trigger Regen and indestructible if he starts below his 30% trigger.

My bad.

As mentioned in the fight, I reached above 50% and then take a block hit to fall below 50% to get the said regen.
