Titania SP1 whiffing

After the last update my SP1 with titania has been whiffing pretty consistently when chaining from a medium ending 5 hit combo. Had it happen against a variety of opponents so not unique to one champ interaction. Most recently had it happen twice against the Longshot in the AW side quest.

    I've used titania a lot and only noticed the problem after this update.

    It's happening now on her SP2! This royally sucks! She is my #1 FAVORITE champ and she's basically unusable in any competitive mode like this!
