Who to Rank 3?

I can take any of these champions to rank 3, but I’m not sure which one to rank up. I only have r3 Hulk and Domino. I don’t have high rank 6* versions of any of the champions. (except maxed out photon and count nefaria). All of the awakened champs are sig 20, except Ironman IW (sig 40). I have 15 generic 7* sig stones and about 5 of each class.

    Depends where you’re at in your journey. Valiant? Right away…silk catches my eye

    I mean, if you’re NOT gonna go Silk (you have a Science r3, but she’s SO worth it!);
    Hood of SS for mystic
    Hype, maybe Odin for Cosmic (or hold)
    Chee of Xbones for skill
    Warlock or Guardin for tech
    Sunspot for Mutant if you want another with Domino
    it’s really down to what you NEED in your roster, and what you’re using the, for. but you got a solid list right there!

    For further reference these are all my r4 and r5 6* champs.
