i’ve never seen a youtuber do it but you can screen mirror an iphone onto a mac. you have to use the mouse only as if it was your finger

If they are mirror'ing the display from the phone (or tablet) to a Mac, that's just the display output.
(Which is OK, but the mirror’d display really only helps for showing to others, I doubt you can play very well if your fingers are on your phone/tablet while your eyes are on your Monitor or TV).

If it's just Mirror'd, they wouldn’t be using the processor of the Mac for running the game, so they wouldn’t be using the Mac's keyboard or mouse.

And if you *ARE*, thus by some Emulators on the Mac, then that is against the Terms of Service and can result in a Ban.

And I will add that there is no good experience to have mirroring your phone to your computer. It will always be terrible.

with the last macos update (i think) they added a new form of mirroring for iphones where you can actually control the phone with the mac. so the display is on the mac and everything is controlled with the mac’s trackpad (or mouse i guess)

Whats better ipad mini or phone?

It's going to depend strictly on you. Do you like a bigger surface area or smaller and easier to work with.

I play on a pixel 9 and iPad 9th gen. I like the iPad space better and would actually prefer to play on it most of the time.
