    Because once it passes midnight in your time it switches to the day. The comment in question was posted on November 19th Kabam's time and he posted his screenshot after midnight on the 20th in the same timezone. You see the time because you're in a different timezone and the post was made in the same calendar day in your timezone.

    And besides for Timezones, it also does NOT fall on exactly 12:01am, even within Kabam's Timezone.

    You have to think mid-day’ish in Kabam's Timezone.

    So should *START* going out within a few hours.
    Which also, does not mean everyone will get them at all the exact same time. Could take a while to get them all sent out.

    Nothing lasts forever. Most promo codes they've given expire after 24 hours, no reason to assume these wouldn't do the same
