Sigil Activated? What the heck just happened

I was playing event quest. Hit exploration, got exploration rewards, tapped the screen to remove the rewards page, and then suddenly I had activated a sigil?

But also, if I look at the Store tab, it looks like I still have the option to “buy” the sigil… so what happened? Do I need to submit a ticket? Did nothing happen at all?

It’s a glitch, happened to me twice already.

Good news means that they are probably working on something with the sigil if this is happening.
