They don't ban players they "think" are modding. They ban players they know are modding. Kabam Crashed knows what he is saying because he can see the details. It's not his word against yours, it's his facts against your denial.
Keep pushing it and you'll probably add a forums ban to the list. Not that it matters to someone that doesn't want to play the game fairly anyway.

Is it? During the bg event I fought loads of modders why arent the banned? Thronbreakers with only 1 6*r3 and 5* r1 champs and using 3*in bg? Are they banned?
.... Sandbagging a deck is not modding...
    👁️👄👁️🤡
    Sandbagging on platinum 1?
I am not even sure if you are implying Plat 1 is low or high... Either way considering there was UC, and Cavs playing, an account as low as that could have made it to Plat 1...and comparing that to doing Necro itemless is wild 🤣
For 2month old acc plat1 is high... And what didnt you play bg event? Most of the cav, tb, paragons tried to stay at low ranks to grind easily aint that easy to understand?
Nah my 9.5k points during realm event magically appeared...
    So Necro itemless uh? Impressive
Why would anyone anyone do stuff like necro when its the fastest way to get ban
The question isn't "why would anyone" do it, the question is why would you do it? There are two options - you modded your way through Necro, or you paid someone to run it for you and they ended up modding. Pretty crazy how someone breaking the rules for money wouldn't care about what happens to someone else's account. Either way you cheated and now you rightfully enjoy the consequences. You went down the route toward the fastest way to a ban and it worked out how it could've been expected to.
To be sure I did not Mod and if it comes for merc service... I wanted to spend I would spend on units... I did share my password though with a ally mate
Well we can tell you for certain that sharing your account is against ToS, regardless of the reasoning for it. Is this ally mate the one that ran Necro for you? Told you they could do it itemless for you?
I defeated act 6 grandmaster logged out..had to be inactive for serval days and when I came back permanently banned.. Why necro when I was afraid of Abyss to start with

At the end of the day, you are responsible for what happens with your account. You gave someone (who you clearly couldn't trust) access to your account. You broke ToS and earned yourself a ban right there. The individual you gave access to modded content - this happened on your account regardless of who did it - permaban offense.
No matter what, you own what happened whether you want to or not.
So start a new account, keep your login info to yourself, and play the game fairly.

Fun fact: in the US, there's nothing stopping you from asking your parents to hire legal representation to look into a civil suit against that alliance mate for damages. They can, as part of discovery, compel Kabam to produce the identity of the culprit you seek damages from. From there, if your story is what you want to stick to, you can sue for emotional distress damages in small claims court (up to $5k, $10k in NYC where I am) for the reckless actions of the alliance mate. The Kabam ToS isn't germane here since it's a suit between individuals.

If, in fact, this is the story you're sticking to.

Sharing wasn't caring in this case. It backfired.

Start from scratch, if you still want to play mcoc. That's about it.
