Could someone explain why Spiderman 2099 can solo Necropolis?

I watched so many options to solo Necropolis such as Kate and Wong and it makes sense due to their damage.
But today I saw a youtuber called Masked Legend and he uploaded a video one week ago: SPIDERMAN 2099 SOLOS AN ENTIRE NECROPOLIS PATH POTIONLESS.
This is ridiculous and I really cannot understand how spiderman 2099 can do it.
Could someone explain why?

Iron fist could probably do it if there was no timer roadblocks

Which there isn't, so if you can dex everything somehow (possible but very difficult) you could do necro with 1*s. Realistically, each fight would legit take months. Would love to watch an ai do this. Would be rly cool

Masked is a good friend of mine, and we’re in the same discord server. He is hands down, one of the best players in the game. By far and away, the best Spiderman 2099 user. Without question.
S2099 is one of the best story champs in the game with synergies, he can practically take every fight. Since very very few champs are rupture immune.

    he's just that guy😉
On a more serious note a tldr would be consistent damage, very tanky and extremely high (if not best in the game) utility shutting down a large amount of fights.
