Will I be banned?

I will be travelling from India to Europe for around 6 months.
Currently my IP address and mobile device is from India but in Europe my device and IP will change.

1. If I play MCOC in Europe, will I be banned?

2. Also in India, I use my mobile data when ny home WiFi is not available. Is this also against TOC?

Please help.

Yes, Europe has very strict laws regarding Marvel Contest of Champions so you will be banned from Europe if you play it there. /s

If your account magically goes from India to Europe in 5 mins and you accidentally complete necropolis, you'll get banned. Otherwise you're fine.

Don't worry, it only pings as abnormal if you impossible distances in minutes. I use two phones to play at home but bc it's in the same location I have never had an issue, even if I go from Wifi to mobile data

I have switched vpn from USA back to Australia mid game and I have never been banned

You’ll have no issues. I’ve currently made the reverse journey (UK to India) and have been playing just fine with both mobile data and WiFi. You won’t be banned.
