I did not receive my in app purchase and I specified this in my ticket I made to kabam, for the first few mails they keft asking me to share xolla’s transaction details and I always kept saying It was a ingame purchase so xolla wasn’t involved, then when they finally caught up to it, they asked me to share the apple history, I did but they keep sending me the mail that I haven’t replied to them, and now recently they are saying they can’t view the date of the order when it is clearly visible in the screenshot, like what the hell

    Yeah I cant lie I hate Support, feels like I’m speaking to a Robot and when I give them every little detail about my account excluding of course the private stuff (yes it was the real support I’ve not been scammed lol) boom they can’t do anything about it, I follow their instructions do this and do that and give them the dates through their instructions and I’m still wrong lol, honestly they better sort out the Game Center email restrictions as I’ve lost so much rewards from promo codes.

    Support is something they need to work on heavily, like sometimes it takes days to get a reply from them, and sometimes the questions they ask are irrelevant or just straight up unnecessary

    The context is different here and Your screenshot says to use the word cautiously as it can be offensive, and it is offensive in this case.

    If we translate it to speaking slang English, A**H*** kabam, FU_kabam are the two closest translation.
    When we speak these two slangs, we are not talking about the body part or the literal act, and I think you can guess, how it is being said. It's the same in case of lodu.

    This word can only be used casually among friends or peers. Anywhere else it's derogatory,
    No Indian would dare speak lodu in front of their parents or elders or seniors. And so are the adults, wouldn't use it in front of children.

    So we now know, lodu is a derogatory word.
    So the question is, would kabam allow any in game name as "A**h*** kabam", "F kabam" with full spelling? Because all these words comes under profanity.

    Is this purchase history tagged to the game id you are reporting on or tagged to another account id?


    Support seems to be saying it is not the correct purchase history.

    No for apple game centre it only works for one account, and I only have one account so yea

    In the later paragraph they said They can’t view the date which is clearly visible in it.

    And This is the correct one because I don’t have any other accounts for which I will purchase the card

    I submitted a report to apple and They said I’ll get the refund so I am not worried about the money, the elephant in the room is how kabam support addresses the situation.

    I get it that they can’t have a human individual behind every single report for reviewing them but cases like this also occur more often.
