Banned for Beta?

Sooo.. Long story short. I was banned. Permanently. Without a reason. I didn't cheat, I didn't use emulators, I did literally nothing, EXCEPT - I was in beta last time. Waking up, login - banned. Ticket to support already sent, but what's funny - my friends and friends of their, who participated in beta - also banned.

So... What is it?

    The “clarify” of saying it is in the CURRENT Beta, doesn’t exactly fully clarify it.

    Is it the 9.2 Beta, or the PC (Steam) Beta which is only available in select countries currently ??

    If it's the PC Beta, could you potentially been trying to play on your main account on the PC (don’t know whether that is possible, or if it limited you to only playing in the PC Beta mirror of your account if on the PC).
    Or whether you otherwise did a different Emulator on PC in order to play on PC, which will indeed get you banned.

    @Gamer , ok, so PC one is actually on the Live/Main Server too ? So you could be doing BG and AW fights against someone who is Not doing the PC Beta ?

    Not just a mirror'd copy of your account (where changes don’t get carried over to your Actual Account like other Beta's like the 9.2) ?

    Yes it live. Its not a "Beta", its a play test.

    Best way to think about it is the PC/Steam version of MCOC has the same relationship to the mobile version of the game as the iOS version has to the Android version. Different platforms to play the game, but the same game and the same servers. It is not like the beta servers or CCP servers that run a copy of the game but is completely isolated from the live servers.

    Everyone you see while playing the PC version is playing a live account, either on mobile or on another PC beta client.

    I seem to think he checked this account - and this account is a twink of mine, so I DM him about my original

    I kinda can guess why ban was initiated, and if thats so - well, its unfair, but I guess they will not make exceptions nor for me nor for main person of that whole story

    Because I am friend of one known dataminer (perhaps one only, lol), who asked me to check Beta for 9.2 that I was given. Turns out everybody including himself were banned after these events. So basically I don't know what he was doing there, but I guess that is a reason

    Any compensation for accounts that partially completed the beta but were disconnected from the server mid way till the end? Support couldn’t figure it out across multiple tickets.
