Lvl 4 (80%) and Lvl 5 (100%) revives: Are they a permanent thing of the past?

Haven't seen these, or the lvl 5 revives in a while. The lvl 4's were available for a little while last year, or the year before, in an offer. The Lvl 5's, which were green and purple, were part of a special Hulk bundle around 3-4 yrs ago I think. I'm not 100% sure about the time frame with these.

So since the game is advancing, I was wondering is it time that lvl 4's can become a more permanent addition? Maybe added twice a year in a special offer, or to an updated black market, end-game content rewards, holiday deals, or the next Seasons of Woe rewards? Can they be strategically introduced without disrupting the economy of the game?

Or are they one and done?

Would love to hear from anyone from @Kabam about this.

    Level 5 items will only be available with percent based health pots & revives, if they ever appear at all. It will be behind a huge pay wall cause that's all KABAM cares about......

    I'd like to see this even, just to have an idea of how Kabam would do it moving forward.
