  If you sometimes ONLY login one time a day, you have to be careful as to what time of day that is.
  
  The Calendar roll-over time of day is a fixed time relative to a fixed timezone.
  And so varies depending what timezone (and Daylight Saving status on/off) you are in.
  
  So if one day you last logged in BEFORE that day's rollover.
  And then the next day you waited a little longer, so around 25 hours since last login, so it wasn’t until AFTER the rollover time.
  You might consider that to be the “same day”, but it really isn’t (according to game “day”).
  
  That's where you might have missed a “day” and had it reset.
  
  *note, I don’t think the Monthly Login Calendar (30/31 days) does a “reset” if you miss a day, you just lose out on being able to reach the days at the end of the month.
  And other Weekly (or 2-week) progression calendars have been removed in favor of the new “Daily Super Event” (but that is just for Uncollected and above I think).
  But your “New Player” calendar might do the “reset” if you miss a day.

  Thanks for the response.
  
  But I'm logging in a few Times a day, played quite active and im 100% Sure Not to missed the reward.
  
  And as i See some other players have the same issue of resetting the calender the same day ( November 27)

  About 14 hours have passed between my logins to the game since the last login, but at the same time the calendar with rewards was reset to day 25, when I should have received a 6* character at the end, thank you...
