Didn’t get units

I’m new to the summit store. I just bought the Namor and Odin packages for Black Friday off the website, but I don’t see the units in my account.

Hopefully your purchase didn't go through. Tomorrow there will be bonus items of significant value coming with the units. Should've waited.

Those aren't even the black Friday packages. I suggest requesting a refund through the webstore/kabam support and waiting until Friday to get the actual deals

OP, submit a ticket and explain that you didn’t realize the Black Friday offers will include units AND bonus materials (they will be very valuable bonus materials especially if you just started playing the game) and ask them to refund your purchase. That would be a much better outcome than receiving the units at this point. Maybe they’ll take mercy on you…

I am guessing OP knew that they would need units for the unit offers, but didn't realize that unit purchases would come with extra stuff.

Kabam is quite late to Black Friday game. I’d say they should’ve started at AM or a day before and should end a day after. There should be separate cyber monday deals, just how it used to be before. People already do their black friday spending by the time the deals are on.

I dont recall kabam ever having separate black friday and Cyber Monday deals. I recall back when cyber Monday deals were 24 hours long and only on Cyber Monday, then later they made it Black Friday-Cyber Monday and then later they made it a whole week long event. It really doesn't need to come earlier, it is honestly dumb all the places that keep doing it earlier and earlier.
