AoA Week 1 - Missing points

I've been made aware that the missing objective points from week 1 were sent out already, but I haven't received them. I've completed all objectives from both week 1 and 2, and only have 6 total points as of now. Below, are 2 screenshots from the first day of week 1 showing the objectives gone (due to me completing them) and of my points after, as well as a screenshot taken today of my total points after finishing week 2's objectives

    Did you submit a ticket to Kabam? You won't really get too far on the forums because the mods here can't address these types of issues.

    Hadn't done so yet, just was hoping to hear from a mod about it here. Kabam support isn't the best at times lol, but yea I'll hit them soon
