Accidentally Ranked up the Wrong Bishop

Let’s say hypothetically you were a little tired and you had a rank up gem for both your 6* and 7* Bishop. I was really excited to rank 2 my 7* but somehow selected my 6* Bishop and brought him up to rank 4. Basically what I’m asking is Kabam support willing to roll back an account or must I live with my stupidity.

    Did you feed him iso ? If yes then you're out of luck I think

    Well I didn’t give the 6* any iso but I did give some to the 7* Bishop.

    Contact support they can roll it back. I made the same mistake with bullseye. Was excited to have gotten a 7* bullseye when i already had a r4 6*. Went to rank the 7* to r2 but accidentally ranked the 6* and put iso into him.

    Support said they couldn’t reverse it because i levelled him above 25. Apparently anything under they can but anything above is irreversible. So if you haven’t ranked him yet then just contact support, they should be able to help you out since you haven’t levelled him up.

    Thanks guys, I sent a ticket to support and explained what happened. Hopefully it can be reversed no problem.
