Summoners Market issue

I bought deals in game and then realized extra bonus items in Summoners Market so bought them there as well and got the bonus but the units and extras didn’t load into my account?!? Wtf and how do I get this corrected?

I got the items and units but didn't get market points so I can't claim the extra items. I opened a kabam support ticket 2 days ago but they have yet to reply anything. Pretty sure I'm gonna get scammed of my 7* weapon X...
