Firstly thank you for letting us know.

However, secondly, I'm not so sure if this is the right direction to go about thing.

Players of MCOC is all around the world with such a variety of age and life (which is a good thing), the game itself already demand so much real life time from players.

While the stream is in 1 time zone, and over an hour long (not sure how many people even have a spare 1hr to sit down and watch something with their family and love ones), please stop making players turn their life upside down or scramble the online social media for these promos. It really start to create and divide for those that can and those that can't (just because they are in a different part of the world), kind of going the against those whole inclusive thing.

Please just make it simple and let the players focus on playing the game (of their work and earn some money to purchase ingame stuffs), let us all be excited and enjoy the game together.

Bro what do you mean? Are you rich or something? It’s 100 iso! Plus with the release of the reworks and the 10x10 event you’ll need as much iso as you can get. I would most certainly prefer 100 iso over the thank you for playing promo code or any 7* shards.

The stream was 3 am for me.
I woke up, saw the 2 codes and its not working.
Tell me how much issue would it be if you guys could have kept the codes active for 24 hours?

Perhaps, perhaps not. Maybe some of those people complaining have 10 potential new champions joining their roster is a week or so and the ISO would have been very useful.

I get the intent, maybe as a test, but anything like this on a bigger scale (a sort of 'treasure hunt', if you will) needs to take into account we have a game with a global player base.

You seem to have forgotten, I don’t know maybe 10 free champions plus the 6 reworks in those box things. On top of that all of the other free 7* stuff we’ll be getting in the banquet. ISO is going to be a very valuable resource.

My only question is did they say beforehand that the second hidden code would only be for 6 hours? Genuinely asking cuz I have no idea. I missed it because when I found out about the code it wasn’t working for anyone so I just decided to wait until later thinking I had 24h to use it when we had news of it working. If it was previously communicated of it being only 6 hours long and I missed that then I’ll totally take the L. But if they left us under the impression that it would be 24h like normal on top of it not working for a while then yeah I’ll blame kabam.

As the name of the code it was hidden and it was timed but no one knew there was a second so people dismissed it and it expired

Agreed, I was able to claim the promo while it was active, and wasn’t even able to finish leveling my Kate from 40 to 60, 100 bricks and couldn’t finish 20 levels on a r5, it’s all cool tho. I get it’s useful for some people but it really isn’t anything to be upset or mad about.

Should they make promo codes last a bit longer in the future ? I don’t see why not, should this one have ? Eh

There you have it, and we are talking about a 6*.. 100 bricks will not even make a dent on those TEN 7*s comming....
People are making too much fuzz over some free stuff, I get it.. it sucks to miss out; but it I was the one giving the free stuff and all I get is whining, I would consider not giving stuff anymore and save me the trouble.

100 bricks, meaning the t5 not the t6, the t6 is farmable in shooting stars quest 6 middle path anyway, it takes like half energy and gives 10. Farm iso there.
