Didn't get the promo code rewards

So I went to the mcoc store I did the promo code then when I got into the game I didn't get the rewards 🤬😡

    It’s not crashed when it says you have reached the code limit!!!

    Xsollas servers are overloaded from too much traffic to the site. Which means response times are much slower. You've claimed the code but Xsolla needs to catch up to your purchase and reflect correctly on the site.
