But seriously these challenges often require rank ups, is it possible to let us know some of the pools we will be ask to use now? Or do we really need to wait until next week? Maybe a couple of “tips” or “clues” for a bored summoner?

You know except for the Deathless one we already know about 🙂

A few was said yeah so wong sentry they said was apart of it for options but we dont know anything else

It's still before the content drops anyways so he didn't miss the point at all.

MSD did more to help us than make it harder. He has standards and wouldn't subject us to his level of pain and skill. Kabam wouldn't allow a challenge that only the top .001% could do.

I feel like MSD understands what’s supposed to be fun from watching his streams. His rank ups seem to highlight that too… wait Guilly99 confirmed??? She’s amazing for the Silver Centurian fight.

Still I think after FinTech’s challenge which was doable but definitely has a few of those 0.001% fights in it and the blowback that resulted I can’t imagine the same mistake will be repeated twice in this instance.

Also Pikolu here did give us a tip that allows us a bit earlier of a look at the pool. He totally understood it but was only allowed to share so much. Tip of the Cap to him for doing so

While I agree, MSD most likely helped more than increase difficulty, still seeing his name as a part of these challenges, put more fear in me than most, if not all, content creators

wait 4 days.. its permanent content. Patience is a virtue.
If you have rank up mats expiring.. thats a different story and i would rank up a Deathless or Wong as you know they will be required.

MSD specifically stated he built one quest and helped QC the other ones and caught some major issues that would of caused issues. I trust that lad will be fair to everyone.. he may have godlike skills but he's a humble as a potato farmer. He has never given any reason to doubt his sincerity and can appreciate the struggles of the common summoner.

That being said.. this IS a challenge and supposed to be very hard end game content. There will be people complaining no matter what. Too hard/easy/boring/restrictive/broad/etc... take your pick.

This is a direct contradiction to the Carina Challenges we had from the CCP though, in which 1 of the creators behind their 2 challenges later had admitted that there challenges were aimed for the top 0.001% after they had received a lot of backlash from the community, and later said they would adjust the difficulty for any future challenges.

For those same CCP Carinas, those content creators allegedly had tested the content out (and yes most were fine like Avengers/Zemo and Sparky) .

So how do we know the same fiasco won't happen again if in the previous time the challenge was aimed for the top .001%?

Just to clear something up, MSD was not the "quality tester". Our balance department did a balance pass of these challenges. MSD proposed one of them, and helped us identify some potential roadblocks and other interactions in fights for some of the other challenges. He knows Necropolis better than anybody, and we really appreciated his help and advice, but these challenges were developed by the game team.

In terms of the pool, as I said on the stream Wong and Sentry are in it. I would expect Wong to be the workhorse for the majority of teams.

The ones we know
1.) Beat Necropolis using the full Deathless Team
2.) Best Necropolis with Carina’s Necro Challenge Pool (Update day will inform us of this group but so far Wong and Sentry confirmed)

The educated guess
3.) Beat Silver Centurion with Guilly99 (could also see this being Kitty Pryde as MSD did this on stream if I recall) but there’s a high probability of a use Guilly99 to beat ChampionX

Wild Speculation:
4.) Defeat Apocalypse using #Robots could also see this being specific to Sentinel
5.) Hunt the Hunter: defeat Elsa Bloodstone using Dimensional Beings or Legion of Monsters. Not sure about the tags but this was one of those skill based fights I could see us being asked to complete
6.) Walk on the Walker: Defeat AirWalker using #Mercenary or #Guardians of the Galaxy champions. I can see an ask for us to do the Abs Man vs AirWalker fight. This also ties in the ability to show off an OG of Long Form content in a challenge that’s not the Vol. 1 revive fiesta for the 10th anniversary. MSD recently did a glow up review of him too.

In my humble opinion Karina's challengers should be OPTIONAL. If you add a deathless piece to them, they are not optional... Other than that, I'm glad that MSD or anyone else helped with them. Although I understand the feeling of been "scare". Is like having Leonardo Davinci helping your teacher doing your final painting exam.
